Missing an important listing detail? The assistant may reach out in My Messages and offer help populating it on the spot.
You can also click Request Assistance on some listing pages. It can help manage listing details, add photos, activate or pause listings, search your other ads, open follow-up chats, or route requests to support.
No separate chatbot. It lives in messaging and shows what changed with update notes and listing completeness progress.

AI made scraping cheap, and bots have been hitting Claz hard - sometimes to harvest real users' data for scams.
So we added new countermeasures: smarter traffic limits, abuse detection, and a quick check only when something looks off. You should barely notice.

We've recently added "Request help" button to the listing details page.
The button opens up a conversation with an automated assistant, which has all the tools to help you with most issues.
It will forward the request to a human support person if it's unable to help.

We have launched a "smart search" feature as a simple search bar that recognizes user intent. Instead of requiring users to fill out separate fields, smart search accepts keywords, locations, and categories - in short, anything users enter into the search bar - and automatically chose the relevant fields and fill it. Furthermore, it helps correct typos and find synonyms.
