REAL REASON is to get the cameras in for surveillance. Are these cameras only for ANPR car recognition or can they also do facial recognition? The cameras have 2 lenses so could take a 3D image necessary for facial recognition.

Will @MayorofLondon confirm these cameras can & will never be used for facial recognition?
