Michigan Legislator/U.S. Senate Candidate Mallory McMorrow has been found to have received massive amounts of campaign funds that are believed to be fraudulent.
A detailed analysis performed by the “Perplexity A.I.” of 33,537 FEC donations and 20,485 state of Michigan donations reveals the following:

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

Finding 1: Extreme Micro-Donation Velocity — Top Smurf Pattern
The dominant fraud pattern in the McMorrow files is not large over-limit gifts (as seen in the Haley Stevens analysis) but extreme-velocity micro-donations — dozens to 90+ small contributions from a single donor across the analysis period.
Finding 2: ActBlue Dominant Conduit — $2.43 Million (57.1% of FEC Total)
ActBlue transmitted $2,432,710.92 to McMorrow's federal committee — by far the largest single source. This 57.1% conduit dependency far exceeds the already-elevated 13.2% seen in the Haley Stevens FEC file. ActBlue is currently the subject of FEC and DOJ investigations into straw-donor activity and processing of contributions from fictitious or unverified donors.⁵
Finding 3: 28,268 Coordinated Amount Cluster Flags (Bernegger B3)
The B3 algorithm detected 28,268 instances of 3+ different donors giving the exact same dollar amount on the same date. This is statistically near-impossible under organic individual giving patterns. The FEC file shows massive same-day clusters of $3.00, $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, and $50.00 donations from dozens to hundreds of donors — a signature of ActBlue-facilitated directed campaigns where a political organization instructs its supporters to donate a specific amount on a specific day.
Finding 4: JStreetPAC — $45,700 Single-Cycle Concentration
JStreetPAC contributed $45,700 in the 2025–2026 FEC cycle — an unusually large single-PAC concentration for a candidate in a primary race. JStreetPAC has previously been cited for aggressive early-primary coordination strategies.

This type of obvious campaign finance fraud violation is clearly the classic example of smurfing! EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report presents a complete forensic analysis of all itemized individual contributions to the Haley Stevens for Congress campaign committee (C00638650) covering 2017 through 2026, using the official FEC Schedule A export file "Haley-Stevens-since-2010.xlsx." The full dataset of 77,152 records representing $82,579,464.62 raised from 10,800 unique donors has been subjected to three families of fraud-detection algorithms: the Bob Cushman Structuring Detection Suite (C1–C5), the Peter Bernegger Pattern Analysis Suite (B1–B6), and Standard Smurfing Detection (S1–S3).

Bernegger B3 identified 40,730+ instances of multiple donors giving identical amounts on the same date. Particularly notable are clusters of 10–20+ donors giving exactly $2,700, $2,900, or $3,300 on the same day — consistent with a bundler or digital platform instructing donors to give the maximum amount simultaneously. This pattern is most concentrated in the 2018, 2020, and 2022 election cycles.
Finding 4: AIPAC PAC Concentration
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee Political Action Committee contributed $1,137,670 — the second-largest organizational donor after ActBlue. The Stevens campaign faced a 2022 primary challenge mounted with AIPAC support. Under FEC coordination rules (11 C.F.R. § 109.20), any coordination between the campaign and AIPAC on expenditure strategy would be prohibited.
