NMDC implements wage revision for non-executives
Effective from January 1, 2022

In the presence of Smt. Sonal Mishra, IAS, Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Deputy Chief and Regional Labour Commissioners, NMDC CMD, all functional Directors, and the President, Vice President and General Secretary of the All India NMDC Workmen Federation (AINMDCWF) along with Union Presidents, Secretaries of Projects / Units were also present.

The revised structure provides for 100% Dearness Allowance (DA) neutralisation as on January 1, 2022, a 15% Minimum Guaranteed Benefit and perks under the Cafeteria Approach at 30% of Basic Pay.
