The difference between a bachelor degree and discussion posts and a doctoral degree and discussion posts is the doctoral is scholarly and the bachelor is more of an encouraging and stating that you agree or they made a good point….Doctoral discussion boards take 10x longer

I was transferring a kid to the PICU today n their crib. We made it down to the PICU but the crib definitely didn’t make clearance from an exit sign so we accidentally hit it and took some of the ceiling with us….the kid was safe though. The solution is we put a work order in.

A 14ht shift on a holiday but not considered a holiday to the hospital, working short staffed, and no nurses on my floor including myself received a lunch break today. Absolutely not acceptable circumstances.
