@lcpsnet@abqschools along w/other districts could have these monitors in every space, educate staff on the importance of air ventilation and how to reduce CO2 for indoor spaces. They could also let parents/guardians know if/how every schools air filtration has been upgraded. 4/
A reading in the 900’s means you’re definitely exposing yourself to potential virus in the air.
3-4 air filters in this space and keeping the front door propped open along with good airflow could bring this down to the 600’s and keep patrons healthy. #IndoorAirQuality
@starbucks in Las Cruces on a sunny Saturday.
There were about 10 people in the store with the drive thru window open. They could lower CO2 by propping a door open in addition to the window.

Groceries? @naturalgrocers in Las Cruces was busy this weekend.
They have some pretty good ventilation w/ sliding doors constantly opening. Upgraded ventilation too?
I was still able to shop w ease masked even if no one else was.

This means I would definitely be breathing in someone’s else’s air if I wasn’t masked up.
Mask up with an N95 or kn95 if possible to reduce transmission in a situation like this and you’re good to go.

First up, @savers_thrift in Las Cruces, NM! It was busy Saturday afternoon. About 100 people or so shopped and worked (someone was actively sick that I noticed).
Notice the CO2 monitor is in the yellow, not too bad for so many people in one indoor space but it could be better.
