@jessekb I lived in Inman for a couple of years and JP for 10, so I'm more biased toward JP, but JP is a bigger neighborhood and it includes such lovely green spaces like the Pond, the Arboretum, and Franklin Park!

@MichaelJayWalsh Through their plug-in module? I thought that was a very creative solution to house the heat pump water heaters in a space conditioned by the ventilation exhaust. But how does it help with your issue of having water heaters of different ages?

@MichaelJayWalsh Hmmm, that's tricky. Maybe there's a way for each unit to pay a pro-rated share, but that might negate the benefit to you.

@MichaelJayWalsh Do you have a common meter? I know that is current code, but also a lot of older buildings don't. Just curious about the logistics of sharing. We're just gearing up to make recommendations for our Triple Decker pilot, but I can definitely let you know what solutions we recommend.
