We interrupt this lengthy Twitter hiatus to inform you that Phoenix Rising is now 14-0-0 on $1 Beer Night #UpRising
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...
Dear Football Community, you might want to start thinking about educating parents as much as you do coaches. It would be a better strategy than just telling them to stop yelling from the sidelines. An informed parent could go a long way in assisting you and your Team.
End of another successful youth soccer season this morning. Had a great team effort and goals from 4/5 players, and one kid we had to coax onto the field at the start of the season had to be talked into sitting out a quarter today. Looking forward to next season!
@_jameshill Realistically, it was politically impossible to hire him before the WC ended, which was then mid-season for him and right in the middle of #SaveTheCrew. It’s only now becoming palatable and at this point he might as well finish out his MLS season.
@kkfla737@CACSoccer Isn’t that okay though? He’s hired a GM to make sporting decisions. We all complained that Gulati was making too many unilateral decisions that he was not qualified to make. If Cordeiro then delegates those decisions is he being “protected”? Or is he doing it right?
@MattDoyle76 Did Daniel say that? I don’t think he said that. He’s setting an awfully high bar, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Not to be pessimistic, there’s plenty to be excited about, but on the other hand let’s temper our optimism we still have a long way to go.
@GrantWahl He already turned down the job in Orlando, not sure San Jose would be any more palatable. Porter is still quite young. He needs to follow Jesse Marsch's path and find an assistant gig in Europe.
