NS Environment Minister Gordon Wilson has just decided that Northern Pulp must submit a full environmental assessment report. No approval today for NP. The science was just not there. This should mix any attempt to change the Boat Harbour closure date.

@cleanthemill @StephenMcNeil An entire pulp mill was built in Port Hawkesbury in 1 yr yet NPulp couldn’t build a treatment system for existing mill in almost 5? They’re being disingenuous trying to force a delay. PLFN could have ended NP in 2014 but in good faith agreed to BH Act #noextension
