Is your low NOx enclosed flare limiting capacity?
ClearSign has retrofitted other low NOx flares with our technology to provide reliable low emissions flaring when the previous flare burner struggled to meet emissions.
In some operations, flare emissions can directly limit your total production.
If you are leaving production capacity on the table because of your flare, reach out to see how a ClearSign flare can help: https://t.co/qaEu1dOGrf 🌐

We’re proud to share that the development phase of our SBIR funded 5ppm flexible fuel burner development project with the @ENERGY@NETL_DOE is complete and has been recognized as a meaningful step forward in industrial combustion.
Through this $1.65M program, we’ve significantly advanced our Flexible Fuel Ultra-Low NOx Process Burner. This was designed to allow industrial facilities the ability to seamlessly switch between natural gas and fuel blends common in refining and petrochemical plants, and up to and including 100% hydrogen. The burners enable flexible fuel use, improving operational efficiency and adaptability while maintaining sub-5 ppm NOx compliance.
We’re grateful for the DOE SBIR program, and NETL for supporting this project, and technology innovation programs such as this.
