Going to start being active here
For those that don't know me I have a separate account where I make content on the stock market
I am a founder building a startup right now
This is my account to be me and connect with people in tech (founders, VCs, designers, devs, anything)
this is a much more eloquent way of saying what I have been trying to say
everyone talks about "distribution" being the key now
but you cant distribute a product that nobody wants
The easiest job in tech is Head of Growth at a consumer company with PMF.
I did it at Rappi and thought I was a genius.
Everything you try works.
Tweak onboarding → conversion jumps.
Unlock referrals → growth explodes.
Turn on paid → infinite scale.
And if something fails… it was an “experiment.”
But that’s a fallacy. It’s like losing weight on GLP-1 and thinking you mastered discipline.
Because when you become a founder, you realize the only hard growth problem is building a product people actually want.
I’m a growth person, but I have infinitely more admiration for 0→1 product people than 1→100 growth people.
i am trying to hire someone that is good at motion design. that can leverage AI to create stuff for brands which is unique
every motion designer i see on X copies the same formula and they all look the same
too many people think that a company is a formula
good tech + good distribution = success
a company is much more complex than that
you need to build something people want to pay for
it doesn't matter if you have good tech and everybody in the world sees it if nobody wants it
all the talented designers work for an agency or have a studio
how does one hire a cracked designer to work for a startup and explore/push boundaries within a company instead of freelancing more surface level work out to multiple
