Republicans, like Rick Scott, Ron DeSantis, Mike Lee, Mike Pence, and Lindsey Graham, have publicly said they want to cut/end Social Security and Medicare.

In red states, Republicans have banned abortions, attempted to erase and change Black American history, and attacked the LGBTQ+ community.
