You can automate a lot of things with Openclaw, but it uses up a lot of tokens and/or credits so quick, and before you know it, you’ve hit the limit.

I really hope AI becomes more mainstream!

コーポレートITでこんな感じのジュニアが増えててしんどい話がでた

・他部署キーマン・マネージャー＆経営と交渉できない。自分の興味がある領域のみの話しかできず、全体像ももちろん提示できない。
→コンサル・企画推進の能力が低い

・別に技術力が高い訳では無く、自分の好きなツールを導入する事が目的になる。基本がなってないので応用が効かない
→エンジニアと呼ぶには微妙

・課題・工程管理やできるチームを組成し運用できる訳では無く、人間性としてもジュニアのまま
→マネジメント能力も無い

・その割に報酬・副業の話には熱心で、仕事の内容を選ぶ
→自分自身がジュニアだという自覚が無く、改善が見られない

スペシャリストとしても微妙で、マネージャーにもなれない。もちろん企画推進者も厳しい。何者にもなれず、自律自走もできないワナビーのままで若手とは呼べない年次・報酬になる。戦力外通知しての解雇もできない

起業は簡単ではないので、あまりおすすめしないですが、やはりなるべく出費を減らして、そこそこの売上を確保するのが大事です。お客さんの言うことを聞いて受託をしている間は実力が伸びず、むしろお客さんに先んじて提案ができるとさらに頼られていいサイクルに入ります。
