Step 1️⃣ Launch quality-focused, niche-targeted ads to help songs gain traction (try multiple targeting but quickly only keep ads that brings the highest engagement), your songs will slowly start to be referenced by Spotify's algorithm (see above)
Focusing on a specific audience AND location is key (ie. the "niche targeting"). Also, splitting a small budget across multiple countries will likely not activate Spotify's algorithm. algorithm. From experience, I recommend a min. investment of €1000 to make a significant impact
