Saturday morning, I arrived 30 minutes earlier, hoping to finally get my hands on the Secret Garden bundle.

Unfortunately, the bundles still hadn’t arrived.

So I moved on and got ready for the Main Event.

Win, 2-1.

Not much to say here. We were both exhausted.

There had been a lot of delays, it was around 10 PM, and we had been at the event for about 12 hours.

Some overtime turns took something like 50 minutes.

Right after we reported the result, my opponent told one of his friends he was dropping before the last round to get back to the hotel earlier.

Honestly, that didn’t feel very fair to me, since it hurt my tiebreakers even more.

Loss, 1-2.

Not a great matchup, especially before sideboarding.

Game 1: lost the die roll and lost the game, but it was close.
Game 2: win.
Game 3: close again, but I lost.

At first, it was a no-show for the first 8 minutes.

Then my opponent arrived. He had been queueing for the Secret Garden bundles, which had finally arrived and started selling at 1 PM.

Loss, 0-2.

I knew the matchup, and I also knew my chances weren’t great.

Both games were close, but my opponent managed to take it.

Three losses in a row. My morale definitely took a hit.

Game 2: I went first, had to mulligan to 2 again, missed turn 1, and had to choose between Kayle and Ambessa.

I played Ambessa.

And yes… another Falling Star straight to the face 😅

That was a rough 0-2.

On turn 2, I had no real choice except playing Ambessa from the champion zone.

Then my opponent immediately played Falling Star on it.

From there, after Star-Crossed, Spinning Axe, Tide Turner, and Ride the Wind, the game slipped away.
