Serious post-conference blues after attending the wonderful LAPASEC conf in Essen this weekend.
An incredible three days hearing about class in the 18thc (while gorging on Haribo).
Lovely to reunite with last year’s attendees, and meet new ones-there’s no friendlier bunch 🥹🫶🏼

@VallisCharlotte That’s so fun!

I had a wonderful time attending #BSECS2025 in Pembroke College Oxford! Such a joy to see friendly faces from previous conferences and to present my research as a brand new doctor 🫶🏼

I passed my viva last week - a lovely early Christmas present!
Thank you to my examiners, Jon Mee and Rémy Duthille, for a really interesting discussion in the viva, and to my supervisor, Mary Fairclough, for her flawless support these past four years.
