IDAC is a statutory body set up to help IPID, DPCI & NPA in fighting complex crimes.

Why must one Police general (who acts like a Hercules statue) threaten lives of those who work at IPID & IDAC in an attempt to protect his criminal friends?

It's disappointing that the @ParliamentofRSA Adhoc Committee did not apply the National Assembly Rule 253 (Section 14 of the Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliament and Provincial Legislatures Act) and the Madlanga Commission didn't exercise its Regulations 10 powers to access phone call records, smss, Signia chats, Telegram & WhatsApp chats of these two thugs!

The two investigation bodies managed to access records of all other witnesses, except ones of these two, despite mounting evidence that they too committed crimes!

We want the Madlanga Commission to move beyond wild allegations made by Dumisani Khumalo and Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi about people they dont like next time these two appear before it.

They must be asked, in detail, how communication interceptions of private citizens were conducted while those citizens were never informed that they were or had been under surveillance.

The Commission must establish whether the requirements set out by the Concourt in the Madlanga judgment were complied with, and if not, who authorised the deviation and on what legal basis?

We believe that the Crime Intelligence is in the hands of rogues...again!

The NPA's Investigating Directorate Against Corruption confirms arrest warrants were issued against Crime Intelligence head General Dumisani Khumalo and Major General Nosipho Madondo, but suspended the execution of their arrests because the two are part of the Crime Prevention and Security Cluster team assigned to prepare for the 30 June immigration marches.

This is very wrong. The municipal level of government does not have any foreign policy competence,this includes agreements, whether formal or informal, with militaries of foreign states. DIRCO will be liaising with all parties involved to iron this out.
