What was it called back in the 90s, when we in the “Regular” Army, had to yearly go to the pool and jump in our BDU trousers… get them off….tie the legs in slip knots…then trap air in them and use the as a flotation devices? Seriously!! I can remember what this was called!!! But I’m almost certain this is what we had to for some kind of qualification. Or maybe I’m just reliving a nightmare of just trying to tread water with the 5% body fate that I had back then.
