@ASOS @ASOS_HeretoHelp I now can't get a refund, nor am I able to return the order when it eventually arrives all because @ASOS gave me a false delivery date when ordering. I am having to tweet because there is no other way to get in contact please solve the problem you caused

I have tried to cancel this order and have spoken to your chat bot, I was informed that I cannot cancel the order even though it is still being processed and has not been dispatched, I also cannot talk to anyone as ASOS don't have a customer phone number.
