@kairyssdal Judge Chutkan awaits a ruling from the 3-judge appeals court panel that heard arguments abt Trump's alleged immunity from prosecution and she is wiping away the March 4 trial date until that court sends the case back. The "if/when" strikes me as remark abt how long they're taking
Lindsey Graham on NBC's Meet The Press, just said that he "hasn't really been paying too much attention" to the recent calls and impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden.
He then goes on to say, "They would have to prove that President Biden somehow financially benefited from the business enterprises of Hunter Biden. If there were a smoking gun we'd be talking about it."
There has been no smoking gun. They have merely proven that Hunter Biden made money oversees just like most business people have. Do you agree with Graham?
I was traveling yesterday, but I gave CNN @jamiegangel a statement on the indictment of the former president for his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election and for the January 6 attack on the United States Capitol.
Among other things, I said:
You can't charge someone with a crime if it wasn't on the books at the time they committed it, but the DA charged Baldwin under a statute that was passed after the shooting occurred. A sloppy mistake. https://t.co/tOLHTAhsMj
@BeschlossDC I was in the library at school watching the planned launch with my class. Then it exploded in front of our eyes. No one could speak for a few minutes.
Sarah Matthews testified to the Jan. 6 committee that Kayleigh McEnany “actively” tried to avoid Trump after the election because he wanted her to do briefings from the White House podium on Dominion.
How another Justice Alito decision leaked. Rich anti abortion donors had dinner w Alito and his wife.A day later, donor called an anti-abortion leader. “Rob, if you want some interesting news please call. No emails,” @Jo_Becker @jodikantor https://t.co/6J3JMc8TmE
I was described by Steve Bannon (and, sigh, many others) as a pit bull. Jack Smith makes me look like a golden retriever puppy. So tenacious and fearless. And apolitical and ethical.
Yes. You don’t question staff about the classified claim unless you are probing veracity of former President Trump’s justification for the way he handled the records
From our book “I Alone Can Fix It”.
Pence told his lead @SecretService agent he feared other agents would rush him away from the Capitol:
“I trust you, Tim, but… I’m not getting in that car.”

Jan 6 comm has been corroborating many reporters’ work
Scoop: Days after he became the public face for sanctions against Russia, a Biden national security official had mysterious possible break-in investigated at his DC home. Me w @tylerpager https://t.co/WVdkztMGpY
Merrick Garland, in a rare interview, is asked by our excellent @johnson_carrie if he'd shy away from 1/6 evidence that points to Trump or aides: "We are not avoiding cases that are political... What we are avoiding is making decisions on a political basis, on a partisan basis."
HAPPENING NOW: Heated sentencing hearing in case of Jan. 6 defendant James Bonet.
DEFENSE LAWYER: Our president was inciting some people to do this.
JUDGE SULLIVAN: But that’s not a defense. The devil made me do it so I did it? That’s crazy.
Big news: The judge added the Trump Org in NY back into our lawsuit against the Presidential Inaugural Committee. Our lawsuit is moving forward fully intact & full steam ahead. We sued the inaugural committee for misusing funds to enrich the Trump family. Now we’re going to trial
