@Ryanair terrible customer service and failing our right to care. We have been waiting more than 1.5hs for meal vouchers after this 5h+ with little/no information. “Waiting for an email confirmation” is the best answer we got from the service desk. Shocking. #ryanair #terrible

We’re so happy to see the positive outcomes from our upper limb group pilot. Looking forwards to starting a new group in the new year. Thank you @RemapUK for making a task-oriented board for our patients. #upperlimbrehabilitation #QI #evidencebasedpractice @RCOT_NP @theRCOT

@MetCC I am a key worker, work with vulnerable adults. I take the bus every day and it’s always FULL of kids NOT wearing masks, talking constantly and not complying with social distance. How do I report this please? Lines 253/254 from Hackney to Manor House. Thank you.

With our football team we have been running 5K each for 8 consecutive days to raise money for the Homerton Hospital NHS Trust. Last day for donations, every penny counts:

@Fly_Norwegian Unacceptable. Submitted my claim after the flight took off 4hs 10min later than scheduled (DI7506 on 18/11 EZE -LGW) due to technical issues, and has been rejected with conflicting information denying these, when it was clearly stated as main reason for delay.
