@ZacGoodman_ Thank you. With Vertimax you could keep the resistance as low as needed and then raise it up as the athlete gets stronger. I would imagine the band being better than a stationary object, no?
For the pendulum squat, could you set the rest block so you stop and get the static?
@ZacGoodman_ Zac, what do you think of the Vertimax product? Seems like that would even be superior to the dumbbell jump albeit expensive. Same question for the pendulum squat vs box squat?
