Women with PCOS have a significantly higher risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and depression. Not because of lifestyle alone but because of the chronic hormonal and inflammatory environment the condition creates.
1 in 10 women has PCOS. Keke Palmer, Victoria Beckham, Harnaam Kaur and Bebe Rexha all have it too and they all went years without the right support.

It is estimated that up 70% of women with PCOS worldwide do not know they have this condition.
Despite it being discovered in 1935, the exact cause of PCOS is still unknown till date
PCOS does not mean you cannot get PREGNANT. It means your body needs more SUPPORT to do it.

🟣 Type D: Irregular periods + polycystic ovaries (no signs of higher androgen levels)
