So I created a @glitch app with their new React + Generated Static Sites setup. Development is nice and fast. Of the web frameworks I've used, React JS is not the worst. It was all going fine until I hooked up a custom domain.
So whenever I want to edit my site with the Glitch editor, it's just going to be down for a while? Not cool. I wouldn't have chosen this option if I knew that was the case.
Steve now has a Twitter because it is the easiest way to disseminate information to a group of drunk people with phones at a party.

Every month @googlecloud bills me $0.01. I don't know what service that's for. I could probably go find it and turn it off. But I won't. Because I know that it costs them more to bill me than they're making from me.
6 months ago I bought a 40 year old knitting machine, learned how to use it, replaced it's guts with an Arduino and wrote some code to generate patterns.
