reddit is not about posting. it's about being present. the posts that performed were never pitches. they were honest stories with real numbers

x converts better than anything. but only when you reply first and pitch never. find people complaining about your problem and just help them. they find your profile themselves

discord works if you're actually part of the community. promo channels do nothing. being the person who gives real feedback does everything

week 2 retention was 17%. week 3 hit 34%. one onboarding change did that. fix the leaky bucket before you pour more water in
