They say by the time your child is age 12, you would have already spent 75% of the time you would ever spend with them. It’s 90% at 18.

It's a reminder of how quickly these years pass right now the days feel ordinary.

Daily routines, exercise eating, but these is the majority of time we spent.

The truth is childhood is short but I don’t use it as a reason to feel sad but as a way to not take for granted and lean in.

The mess that I have to pick up daily, the conversations that feel small but mean everything.

One day these years will just be memories and I’ll be so happy I slowed down to notice them.

Slow down and make the most of these little years because this is where almost all the forever memories come from.
