Error with Online ENV Creator - Update Available.
Yesterday we encountered errors causing problems with Corelogic's new Online ENV Creator. You will see this error indicated as "Corelogic Failure". We recommend updating ClickFORMS which will default to the Legacy ENV creator.
ClickFORMS Service Outage – Windows 7
ClickFORMS with Windows 7 may still be experiencing issues. This involves the security level of Windows.
We have a fix that may resolve this for you. Call Support at 800-622-8727 so that we can determine proper course of action for you.
If you are on Windows 7 and need to complete reports before that time, please contact our tech support group at 800-622-8727 before 6:00 pm PST Friday, or between 8:00 am and 3:00pm PST Saturday and Sunday so we can install a temporary fix for you.
Status of ClickFORMS Service Outage
Customers with computers running:
Windows 11 – ClickFORMS is fully functional
Windows 10 – ClickFORMS is fully functional
Windows 8.1 – ClickFORMS is fully functional
Windows 7 – cannot access services due to increased security protocols
If you continue to encounter an error, please contact us by email at [email protected] and include your Windows OS version in the subject field. This will help us expedite a possible solution.
Restart your computer. This will also clear any stored DNS data and upon relaunching ClickFORMS, force the new DNS search.
DNS propagations can take more time in some areas and this is an inconvenient and frustrating aspect of the internet structure. (more)
If you are still encountering an error launching ClickFORMS, there are a couple of things you can do:
Unplug your internet router and wait approximately 5 minutes before plugging it back in. This may clear its memory and force it to load the new DNS from your service provider. ..

All Services have been restored. Most of our customers are able to access software and services normally. Our solution required a move of web services and a new DNS (the web version of an address). This change of DNS may take time to fully propagate. (next)
