Flying @FlyFrontier has been the worst experience I have ever had traveling. They’ve stranded me in Atlanta, are offering zero compensation, and are (maybe) getting me to my destination 24 hours late. They refuse to provide any refund or compensation. Buyer beware.

Ughhh @FlyFrontier is killing me this morning. Paid for seat 5D and it’s on one of my boarding passes. Get to the gate and the app changed my seat to 31C. Why the hell would I pay to sit all the way in the back and board group 1? One BP still shows 5D but 31C it is I guess 🤦🏼‍♂️

@FlyFrontier count your days! How can you change my flight so drastically?! I went from a 40 minute layover to a 7 hour layover, an overnight layover at that! If it were during the day, I wouldn’t care so much, but I have to sleep in th airport now? Unacceptable.
