Por ley los fondos provenientes del impuesto de inmueble deben ir a los Municipios. En ninguna parte señala que el @Mef_Pma puede retener parte de esos fondos, para otros gastos.
En el año 2023 el propio MEF señaló que se había recaudado más impuesto de inmueble que en el 2022, pero entrego a los Municipios menos fondos.
Veamos a la @Panamaalcaldia en el 2023 se le entrego 49,239,843 millones y para el 2024 cuando se dijo se recaudo más, solo se le entrego 21,859,960. (Ojo de esto último falta 10MM) @AndPma2021
