But the one thing for sure - it has continued to evolve and adapt, through every cycle this space has thrown at it.

It is the proof of social - the one thing that makes Web3.0 different. A group of strangers coming together over a shared interest, love, and passion to form MonkeDAO. It then acquired the Solana Monkey Business IP, and today owns it in full, as a collective.

SMB is the collection, MonkeDAO is the social layer on top of it.

Our network is global - no matter where you go in the world, there is a good chance there is a fellow Monke near you. We are proud of our network of over 25 Local Chapters, where there is a regular touchpoint for members IRL, beyond their Web3.0 community. MonkeDAO is home to members from over 50 different countries, over 150 different cities with a network and reach of 2000 members approx.

LP Army: The Opportunity Engine

Metober was an incredible month for the @met_lparmy.

The community rallied together, to celebrate a new chapter of MET, but also to welcome this chapter by kicking into motion the Opportunity Engine.

We dubbed Metober as the ‘month of opportunities’, echoed by the philosophies in the Meteora Manifesto.

Meteora will create opportunities for all, and the LP Army will become the driving Opportunity Engine for liquidity providers.

Here’s what growth for the LP Army looked like in the last month:

→ The LP Army Discord almost DOUBLED in strength from 10,000 to just under 20,000 active LPs.

Huge shoutout to @Heavymetalcook6, @photonmagicsol & many other Bootcamp Instructors for helping to answer questions, and holding QnA sessions to welcome our new LPs.

→ All 9 of our global units were activated in Metober; translating key information, hosting IRL meet-ups and continuously driving the LP mission forward. They generated close to 1 million views across the local communities.

These competitions were an incredibly effective way for us to identify new standout talents like @coredotera, @olawande0x, @0xyunss, @crimexbt and many, many others who are out here building a name for themselves. If you put in the effort and build up your public profile as an LP, the LP Army will recognize you.

LPing is an powerful niche in crypto, and this month and beyond, the LP Army will continue to double down on growing this global community of experts and talents. From the grassroots.
