We’re mostly thawed out and back to school after our snow days, so we wanted to share a little fun from last Friday! Our middle school students had an absolute blast participating in the Epiphany Dance & Drum performance, dancing, drumming, and fully embracing the experience.
Our 6th grade Chinese students explored the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Shanghai, and many beautiful sights across China—right from our classroom! They learned about history, culture, and landmarks while practicing their Chinese. Such a fun and meaningful experience!

Our 6th grade STEM students spent the day on Mars! Thanks to @KidsDiscoveryIN students navigated rovers, tested air recycling, built quake-proof structures, and explored craters—experiencing the challenges astronauts face on the Red Planet. #STEM#FutureExplorers
Students explored Charles’ Law, which states that when a gas is heated, its volume increases while the pressure remains constant. IE; when you heat a marshmallow, the air trapped inside expands, causing it to puff up. After heating the marshmallows, we created delicious s'mores.
