@BasedMikeLee Mike, why are you obsessed with Talarico? And why do you keep posting things that a US senator should never post. Rude distasteful things constantly. You are embarrassing.
@ChrisInSLC@UtahVote4Matt People on here saying the Utah constitution was violated, yet cannot bring themselves to admit the legislature was breaking the law are the worst kind of hypocrites. "They only have to follow the laws that benefit my party!"
@TribeRuffner@j_divis This is an interesting take. What do you read in the bible that says what an apostle should be? When Judas died they even cast lots to appoint a new one...
@jkimballcook@Manhattva Amen to this. The only people that think the judicial branch is completely broken are the people that want Trump to be able to do whatever he wants, whenever he wants.
@Lancegooden Adding a basketball hoop to the tennis court is not he same thing as tearing down a wing and re-building it. Trump doesn't own the white house. every major renovation in the last 50 years has been approved by congress. Even Obama got approval for major electrical work.
@BradEBonham I mean, if their goal is to get the politicians to more represent the population, then yeah, gotta get rid of the supermajority. And I agree with them. The supermajority means one party does whatever they want and a big swath of Utahn's have no representation.
@alankormsby@BradEBonham This 100%. So many lawyers and judges saying she followed the law. But Brad feels strongly, so she should be impeached... give me a break...
@BradEBonham I think you can call Trump stupid, even if he is clever at navigating media cycles. I don't consider that intelligence. He is good at creating shock value like a you tube influencer. Smart people don't talk like this: https://t.co/QWgrbFQltW
or this: https://t.co/d5sHgzJ9Zx
@The_Chip_Marce@Manhattva Exactly, this isn't an activist judge, and it is stupid to say that. We voted for prop 4, and the legislature wrongly assumed they didn't have to follow it. They lost the law suit. Get prop 4 repealed and then the super majority can get back to the unfettered control they want.
@Manhattva It is the law. You guys keep complaining but the judge followed the law and it sounded like 2 of 3 federal judges at that last panel sided with her and sited previous cases where something similar happened. The legislature has to follow the law. If you don't like it repeal prop4
@BradEBonham@etowner5@LDS_Dems I think when people talk about home school broadly, they arenβt talking about super wealthy people who can pay for a private instructor. That method will always be best if you can afford it.
