Sports enthusiast. Just a guy that says what's on my mind. Self proclaimed knowledgeable about college football.

Sources: Rice has agreed to a 20-year stadium naming rights agreement with First Community Credit Union. RIce Stadium will now be called First Community Stadium.

Looks like they have decided to give Riley all of the touches.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

Sire Gaines injury last game looked pretty bad so assuming he misses some time, I am curious if Boise decides to give Riley the Jeanty usage or if they will just give Goff/Stewart Gaines’ touches.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

Is there a better feeling than drafting a guy during the off-season that no one else did and then watch them hit?

TK Keyes has made me proud.

I just wish my early round guys were doing something 😂

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

I may be on an island here but I dont think the “Dante Moore having a tell” is a big deal.

If you look at how the offensive tackles are lined up, anybody can predict whether it will be a run or pass at an 85+% rate.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

Sometimes the review process makes no sense. During the game they said since the call on the field was Boise ball and there is no angle to definitively say Memphis recovered it, it was upheld.

But, what we can definitively say is that no Boise player recovered it. So stupid.

[Brad Powers @BradPowers7]

Game-changing bad call in the Memphis-Boise State game.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

That drive by Oregon State was one of the best play calling I have seen

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

I’m curious how the trade talks went. Do we think Sudbury offered 15 picks and Brampton responded with “Hmmm, that’s not quite enough, add a couple extra and we have a deal!”?

[Brampton Steelheads @OHLSteelheads]

🚨 TRADE 🚨

Steelheads receive 17 picks in trade for Tanner Adams rights

@CFF_Jared I disagree. I think non-con rivalries should always be week 1 and in-conference rivalries should be the final week of the regular season.

It ensures there will always be great games week 1 and there is nothing better than being undefeated while your rival is winless.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

It sure looks like Mendenhall gained an advantage by not allowing local media cover their team during the off-season.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

I was extremely concerned about Boise starting a redshirt freshman at centre against such a great interior DLine for Oregon but boy way I wrong.

Stewart Taufa has been amazing this game.

Hauss Hejny currently leading his team in passing, rushing AND receiving

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

If Jackson and White play like this all year, UNT will be extremely dangerous

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

I love that UNT went for it on 4th down in their own territory. They won’t have a chance at winning if they punt

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

I got this one wrong but I still think Fresno makes the playoffs. Coach + defence + running game + having Boise’s # lately = greatness.

[Jackson Moore @JacksonMoore247]

Fresno State has it's starting quarterback, and it's not Maryland transfer Khristian Martin. Local Buchanan High product Jayden Mandal gets the nod.

Head coach Matt Entz said, "We kept metrics ... Timing and accuracy were the two biggest things that stood out. Ball security was another one."

Washington looks to be young on the OL for game 1. I wonder if Washington State will be able to take advantage of that.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

That was a nice throw by Hayes for that TD while under pressure as well

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

I drafted him in the first Champions Series draft back in March as I thought he was the best fit for that offence but then I read spring reports and it kept me from taking more shares.

I guess the lesson is, if the shoe fits, don’t listen to outside noise?

[Pete Thamel @PeteThamel]

Sources: Kansas has named Isaiah Marshall the school’s starting quarterback. He’s a redshirt sophomore dual-threat quarterback who has played in nine games, completed all 3 of his passes and rushed for 160 yards on 15 carries.

[Clint Carlson @clintcarlsongo]

This should also be a rule for football. It’s stupid how teams can go without a single non-con road game

[Nathan Carroll @Nathan_Boise]

Need a rule that teams need to play a certain number of true road games a season to qualify for an at-large bid.

Playing 1 noncon road game isn't good for the sport

[Joe Broback @JoeBrobackCFB]

I agree that the whole slate matters but I also wish that media saying this would actually cover the whole slate
