@WeCops The art of ‘picking yourself up’ is to accept the promotion process is not personal , it can’t be as it fails to measure credibility, experience, resilience, trust and performance. It’s a lottery of which you buy a ticket and hope to win…..and buy another the next year!!

@WeCops Promotion is now a pay to win formula, nearly all senior officers use external coaches to negotiate and prep for boards. This leads to unqualified , inexperienced, individuals nailing boards and moving up the promotion panel.
