This sad video (taken days ago) shows 4 dolphins stuck in a tiny tank in Mexico, languishing just a few feet from the open ocean.

“Barceló Maya Grand Resort” near Cancún, keeps the dolphins to offer guests a chance to swim with them.

The footage captures the dolphins floating aimlessly in the pool due to severely limited space and stimulation. Some have already needlessly perished!

The concrete pool is only 6.5 feet deep, and is located feet from the Caribbean Sea. They are exposed to constant sunlight, which experts say can burn their skin.

@UrgentSeas, a non-profit organization provided this drone view, and are focused on freeing them. They’re asking for a boycott to release them, calling this “Latin America’s smallest dolphin tank.”

Dolphins are very intelligent animals. They experience grief and joy.

This is so wrong!
