Hi thought I had pre-ordered Borderlands 3, did survey, realised I hadn't so did pre-order with Amazon through Borderlands link but now can't re-enter survey and pick up my pre-order loot chest, any idea's how to retrieve my goodies. Ta Clinton.

@Borderlands Am I the only one having problems getting the battle for sancuary to play, I think not!
One side says it's downloaded the other in red writing says it needs to be downloaded and kicks me back to the ps4 store. Can anyone help pleeease?
