@virginmedia Are you aware of the issue in the area because the service checker isn’t and my tv and internet still having the same issue of not working???
@virginmedia my Wi-Fi and TV has been down and unresponsive now for over 6 days. The repair was supposed to have been 1 day. When will it be fixed? May change provider this weekend.
@virginmedia This is now fixed. Thanks. But I can on my latest bill there isn’t £56 taken off the bill for compensation for the 7 days with no internet. When will this be compensated?
@virginmedia Thanks for the reply and for saying I’m automatically allowed compensation. It has said that every day at 6pm it will be fixed so an honest time would be appreciated
@virginmedia We were told that the area would be effected last Thursday only. It’s now almost a week later and it’s not working at all. Tv is also not working. We’ve turned on and off and reset. See pic of now…
