@TfL No trains to Acton Main Line/Heathrow T4 from Bond Street on Liz line. No announcements. All trains terminating at Paddington 🤷🏻‍♀️Now need to take 2 tube lines and a bus to get home. Why can’t you keep passengers informed as to what is going on? Service is so not good enough.

@TfL The delayed 08.28 from AML today was ridiculously overcrowded. It felt unsafe and it was difficult to breathe😣 When are you increasing the number of trains at rush hour? The current level of service doesn’t work with passengers + suitcases from LHR.

@TfL Waited in the cold rain for the 8.12 and 8.27 at Acton Mainline this morning. Impossible to get on either. Both absolutely packed. More of a train disservice than service. Had to use central line. Late to work, freezing and wet. Do better.
