Unveiling Clique’s Compute Coordination Network 🌰
Clique is excited to announce a $8m raise led by @Polychain, joined by @RobotVentures, @Balaji, @sandeepnailwal, and others.
Clique is building a heterogeneous compute coordination network. More details below 🔽
A comprehensive outlook on token launches - what truly moves the needle and the key secular trends shaping the space.
Thrilled to have contributed to this piece led by the Arrakis team.
We analyzed 125 token launches and spoke with 25+ founders to learn why 85% of tokens launched in 2025 ended the year negative.
Only 9.4% of tokens that declined in their first week ever recovered. What drove Week 1 relied on decisions founders often overlooked.
The guide covers the decisions that actually mattered, how to model them, and a framework for keeping your token out of the 85%.

To the Somnia Community
During the launch of Somnia's airdrop, many users saw errors when trying to claim.
Here’s what happened:
To verify NFT ownership for Quills, we scanned on-chain Transfer events from the frontend to fetch the users' token IDs.
However, due to Somnia’s ultra-fast block times, this overloaded the RPC and caused it to stall.
As a result, our paymaster locked up - blocking all transactions and surfacing claim errors. This impacted NFT recipients but also trickled over to the broader community & resulted in users unable to claim their tokens.
To be transparent: Somnia’s team had suggested an alternative approach prior to launch. We misunderstood their approach & made a judgment call to go with a method that had worked for us in the past, but it didn’t hold up under Somnia’s faster chain conditions. That one’s on us.
Currently:
➡️ All NFT allocations that were previously stuck due to unable to fetch NFT list has been distributed directly via the smart contract.
➡️ We have moved to a more stable setup, users who have not yet bridged their NFTs can now claim seamlessly through the airdrop site.
Since these updates, 83% of the tokens allocated for the airdrop were successfully claimed.
So what's next?
The remainder of the claims should go by smoothly - there are still a couple of RPC-related kinks that are being worked out. We’ve been manually refreshing paymaster nonces over the past few hours, but the root cause is inconsistent RPC responses - we will be monitoring closely.
All in all, we understand first-hand how frustrating it feels to not be able to claim your tokens & sincerely apologise for the delay.
We thank you for your patience - happy claiming.
The Clique Team
We want to address the issues that occurred earlier at the launch:
- Claims page: there were issues with claims, and the reason for that was the implementation by the third-party. It was done working under the assumptions about the block time of other chains, which is very different from how Somnia works. We did testing prior to deploying the page and it worked well, however, due to volume (tens of thousands users) when the page was launched, it broke. Additionally, the Quill allocation claim issue arose because of the block time assumptions.
- RPC: During the launch, we had a huge denial of service attack on our RPC. These we experienced during testnet but this was larger than seen before. We scaled the RPC within 30 mins, and the claim was able to continue.
- Quickswap: encountered last-minute challenges, and they’ve been working to fix them. They should be online soon.
We appreciate your support and patience. Taking a step this big never comes without challenges. And we continue, as this is not even the first half of Day 1!
Exciting times ahead. Stay with Somnia.
Sunrise Airdrop Allocation Update
Some users saw their allocation on the registration page but did not receive the full - or in some cases, any - of their eligible tokens.
What transpired:
We recently identified an issue in the allocation process affecting approximately 20,000 addresses.
These wallets were not correctly converted to Sunrise addresses during export.
For any disgruntled users, we apologise for worrying you.
The good news:
there was no overallocation or double counting - the airdrop allocation itself is fully safe and intact.
Resolution
- A corrected list of impacted addresses has already been prepared.
- Tokens has been redistributed directly to these wallets.
- All associated gas fees with transferring these funds have been fully covered by us.
The redistribution has now been completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding - enjoy your $RISE.
