3. Looking towards 2027

“I’m also spending time planning for 2027.

2026 has been about getting our core in order: restructuring, rebuilding and putting the right technical, operational and team foundations in place.

2027 is about building on that base, with more room to innovate and experiment. That’s what I’m excited about.”
