@ashcashn When plants do this it means that they need more light. This process is called etiolation. For your specific plant, they are meant to grow out like a dinner plate. You can save it by cutting it to the flattest rosette, repotting it, and putting it in east or south-facing window.

@IHazRabies Also a jar of ear plugs in the room for noise sensitive folks. Tiny humidifier and tiny HEPA air filter.

@IHazRabies A small desk so that they can computer it up, journal, or read. Also a power strip by the bed is good for all the electronics that need to be charged. Also a foldable luggage stand is good becuase it’s sucks to rummage through suitcases on the floor.
