HCA's at @MidCheshireNHS have voted an incredible 99% YES to taking strike action demanding back-pay in line with other trusts.

This is the 3rd successful ballot of HCAs over this. They'll be joining striking colleagues in Warrington & The Wirral.

Warrington and Halton NHS staff will take 48 hours strike action from 28 to 30 September after their trust has refused to offer any back pay for years of working above their pay grade 💪

The trust response so far has been that the strikers are asking for too much- they're being greedy.

They say they won't compromise.
