@cbodr95 If we don't receive it to call back tomorrow. Honestly shocking customer service from them. I have also emailed twice to complain about not recieving the stand by email and potentially missing out on the Emirates screening if we don't get that email either

@cbodr95 Yep, they said it's an issue they are looking into. Still no renewal email, so phoned again this morning. The person we spoke to today said they weren't aware of any issues and we should have received all emails. They told us to look out for a renewal email today..
