STUCK in orlando with 2 little kids. thanks to @SpiritAirlines .Worst airlines ever.we had flight for 8.20pm to baltimore but its delayed to 12.45pm now. flight crew left counter without providing anything or any info. This is so merciless and inhuman. Shame!#LastFlightWithSpirit

First and last time flying with @SpiritAirlines.
An hour delay then 2 hours delay now 4 hour delay!!! 8.20 pm flight now 12.45pm! with 2 little kids and no one helps! and 15 min ago flight crew took their baggages and left everyone without any explanation!!!!
