A woman has said she was "failed" by Travelodge after a sex attacker was given a key to her hotel room - where he assaulted her while she was asleep.

29 year old Kyran Smith lied to staff by telling them he was the victim's boyfriend - and was given her room number and key card.

The woman - who can't be named for legal reasons - reported the attack to the hotel, which offered her a £30 refund.

Travelodge later admitted this was an inappropriate response.

The central store will be open from 1300-1600 this Thursday 13 November for people to pick up empty boxes, or drop boxes or loose items off.
The address is 267 Glossop Road S10 2HB, but the car park is at the rear, and is on Wilkinson Lane.

We’re opening the central store from 1230-1430 this Saturday 25 October for people to pick up empty wrapped boxes, or drop stuff off.
Put WILKINSON LANE, S10 2AN into your Satnav then go right to the end, and it is the last house on the left before the Ring Road.
