Can we stop messing with Wesker's power already? They already made him feel 100x worse when they refactored him, please just stop kicking him while he's down

This is bad, Wesker in 10.1.0 ptb got a change which shifts power hit checking from client to server which can result in you getting a hit on a surv but server saying otherwise and ending your power. With higher ping it gets way worse. This needs tweaks or revert @DeadbyDaylight
