@MerEVChargingUK @iwight Can you pls fix this too. DC unit '75kw' has both sides labelled as Left, controls from app &buttons are backwards to physical unit (wires seem crossed). Only one side works at once, max is actually 50kw in rare instance it works. The 22kw is just goosed.

@MerEVChargingUK how do you get a service sorted for a faulting machine? This one has catching people out for the three days I've visited. Looks ok, takes card payment, tries to start delivery and then faults. £7.50 charge is still showing on my card, presume this will refund
