@SimbaNyamadzawo As an educator, here's my take: Language rules like "English Only" are designed for vocabulary & confidence development, it has nothing to do with glorifying the languageitself.

I currently work in a team of over 25 nationalities, guess which language we use to communicate! 🤷🏾‍♂️

@Savheya_Happie Staggered foundations are not universally applicable. It depends ne type of soil, stability metrics, and a lot of other factors. In fact, staggered foundations are a 'cheap' way to build on terrain. If money is not an issue then always go with excavation.
