OMG over 1 hour on phone with @KCOMcare, landline won’t dial out! Poor lad, obviously thrown in at the deep end hadn’t got a clue! He couldn’t book an engineer, we couldn’t speak to anyone else! Came off the phone in the end as had to go out. still no answers. Unbelievable!!!

@CHIMPSINSOCKS I push my elderly mum around in her wheelchair, it’s very difficult at times. People won’t even let you pass sometimes, groups of people blocking the pavements talking, they expect me to walk out into the road! I’m always polite, always say excuse me, but often to no avail.

@MartinSLewis Yes we have taken a 12 month fixed rate of £105, an increase of £17 per month, as opposed to the 2 year fixed rate which they offered that was £285! We already have a smart meter installed.
