My son, Allen. He died 5/11/18 because he had to ration his insulin. He was healthy when he had access to insulin. I watched him wither away and die because of corporate greed. This needs to stop. Now. #insulin4all

On that note I got to meet @jpilbug and all I can say is I absolutely love this girl with everything I have. She is a true bright spot in my life. We plan for more meet ups in the future as well 💚💚

The fact that Abbott actually signed a law into effect that’ll help diabetics is awesome. I’m proud of those that helped get this law drafted and signed. But to say it’s incredibly bittersweet is an understatement. Allen should be here. The govt should have cared BEFORE he died

Lindsey and I started this together and a ton of people told us not to get our hopes up and that we may have to try next session but she absolutely did not give up. I am so proud of her and everyone that helped along the way 🥺

@Kidfears99 Allen was ridiculed, put down and bullied by doctors because of his sugars. Not once did they ask if he had access to insulin. Not once did they make sure he had access to insulin. It was point fingers and blame, with hardly anyone trying to figure out the direct cause.

6 miles from where I live. Where I work when I drive. 13 people shot. Taken by police cars to the hospital. So many people out drinking, the EMS had trouble getting to them. I hate this fucking country

Remembering that time the cops asked if Allen was a druggie and demanding an autopsy minutes after he died saying that bc we were homeless drugs had to be an issue plus all the syringes meant he had to be shooting up. I was accused as well
